We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfilment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. For bespoke crystal orders, we also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee provided we are notified within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return the item (this offer excludes errors in the text supplied to us for engraving). Unless crystals can be demonstrated to have a manufacturing defect, we cannot accept returns after 14 days following receipt. We offer a 12 month warranty on all electrical items including light bases. Please note that all goods returned and refunded will automatically become the property of 3DmyPix and as such can be used for whatever purpose the company wishes including marketing.
